The Turkish market doesn’t only offer chances for the renewable energy market, but also shows great growth potential, for e.g. in medical engineering. During a trip to Istanbul and Ankara, Thomas Dillig kept a total of 6 appointments from the 25th till the 27th of April. As a result, our customer was able to choose the most suitable business partner, based on a clear comparison of pre-defined selection criteria.

For sure our “B” still means “business” but this time it is for “business in Britain”. It’s the second time in 2013 that eco2business accomplished a business trip for a client in the UK. Customer acquisition, planning the appointments as well as logistics was part of the all-inclusive package. We are happy to announce, that on behalf of one of our clients (see posting from 1.1.2012) we were able to deliver a lucrative order: Within a 9 MWp solar farm, superior technology was realized in a turnkey container construction with plug & power grid connection. It was connected to the grid on 25th of April 2013.

Yet again we had to bid farewell to one of our trainees: Mr. Straub worked at eco2business from the 7th of January to the 28th of February 2013. He supported our daily sales networking, and helped us extending our trade representatives network in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

A new project was started with two intensive training days. On both days we had the opportunity to study the operation and peculiarities of a biomass heating power plant. 25.10.2012 Vamos a la playa?
Thomas Dillig didn't have time for the beach as he travelled to Madrid and Barcelona in October together with a client. First and foremost eco2b was able to arrange five carefully researched appointments with potential sales partners which took place to the satisaction of the client. The perfect Spanish language skills of Ms Pilar Martin and Mr Tom Dillig facilitated both the acquisitions in Spanish speaking countries as well as the negotiations on site.

Once again several seminar participants were able to learn how to improve their daily IT-related tasks using simple and often even free internet-tools. Nowadays concepts like Google, Outlook, CRM or even Excel are no longer new – but hardly anyone really exploits the capacities available. Here Thomas Dillig supplies the remedy with his workshop about IT tools and reveals tips and tricks which can make your work and routine processes, too, much easier.

In October 2012 eco2B has completed a project to the fullest contentment of his customer. The assignment was to contact 109 preset companies. From this list, eco2B could generate 18 appointment requests for his client. 15.07.2012 Touchpanels – OEMs wanted!
Just three months after our visit to light+building (see the entry of 20/4) and after intensive training and preparation we're starting today research and acquisition for our new client. In practical terms, it's the eco2business team's task to find and contact potential OEMs who can apply our client's innovative Android-based touchpanels in the most diverse areas such as kitchens, hospitals or yachts. The touchpanels allow the control of energy-saving functions in rooms and buildings as well as e.g. security, building technology and/or applications accessed on the internet.

...as can be seen in our need for space. The office sharing with our hitherto neighbours tausendgrad marketing ends today, The extremely pleasant and positive cooperation with tausendgrad will continue. However, we need more workplaces for even more eco2business projects. We wish tausendgrad and its team every success in its new rooms and look forward to further joint projects.

At the beginning of July we're starting a new project for an existing client. It's a case of verifying already existing address information and finding out if e.g. the contact person is still or is again interested in our client's offer. In contrast to call centres, this client also has an own telephone number so that callers can always turn to us if they have any queries. Alongside this we support our procedure with different IT tools to aggregate further information about the contact person.

For the first time in our company's history, we used all our software tools to qualify more than 600 companies for one of our customers. In a semi-automated process, we validate and evaluate data from various online sources through our innovative software in order to generate qualified company profiles. Based on that, our client is able to decides with which company we will try to arrange appointments by telephone at the Hanover Fair. In this way we can provide the complete "lead" generation process chain – at a much lower cost than through traditional methods (ie, through individual telephone contacts with each company).

In a new sales project we deliver leads to the regional sales reps of a German supplier. Our client offers hardware for the application of liquid varnishes. Besides that he is able to determine a production plant’s CO2-emission in the paint-shops and, through CO2-reduction projects, to neutralize these emissions.

Our first project for the Federal Association for Secondary Raw Materials and Disposal (bvse e.V.) with 13 participants our workshop on "IT TOOLS" for bvse’s member companies was an unexpected success. The participants were very interested in the information on CRM-databases, the use of the XING networking platform and the other small and free-of-charge IT tools that save time and create transparency in the sales process.

Eco2business has qualified as a participant in Umweltpakt Bayern. The Bavarian State Ministry for Environment and Health has awarded us a certificate of recognition, handed over by the Nuremberg Environment Officer Dr. Peter Pluschke on 28 June 2010. As a voluntary enviromental commitment eco2business saves around 40 tons of CO2 by reducing air travel through the use of an online video conference system. In addition, we strive for consistently changing from car to rail for long distance travel within Germany.
